wasted my time
wasted my time, by not clearly stating on their page, that its not possible to send personal letters. Their offer to "get started sending for free" is a hoax. its a bit troubling, that they promise to let you test out their platform and service, having you open up an account, and spending your time doing so, only to cancel your "free credits". i mean, come on! 2 measly euros credit, to send ONE letter, to test out their service, and then they could get a potential customer... not smart on ...

I just needed a service to distribute…
I just needed a service to distribute texts to members of a private club. My initial messages were delivered and work great, but my last campaign was not delivered due to "use case". I was provided a form that doesn't apply to my use or needs at all and I cannot get a response from the rep that emailed me. The live chat help on the site couldn't tell me at all why my messages weren't being delivered so I wasted a lot of time on that and never got important messages out to my club.

Many good things
It did what we expect which is to connect to our forms via Zapier and create a new contact every submission. No trouble so far. I can see instant updates in message history if the message was sent. I can add message templates and also add contacts manually which is awesome. Customer support (chat) is very responsive which is a big plus for me. Still exploring other parts but so far, no complaints
