The benchmark for other comms providers
I have been extremely happy with my experience with ClickSend over the last two months. As a therapist, I have needed an inexpensive, reliable two-way SMS solution with both manual and API access. ClickSend fits the bill and then some! I am now looking to start utilizing more of their comms platform to enhance my business e.g. voice + fax. UPDATE: Big misunderstanding & miscommunication
UPDATE: I was personally contacted by someone (Matt) on the team to clear things up, we got on a call, and we are now working to get get my account back up.There was a huge misunderstanding and miscommunication. I was getting conflicting information from some of the reps, but Matt was able to clear that up for me and explain EXACTLY why my account was abruptly shut down; which wasn't personal at all.
