Update 15/08/18: clicksend have actually corrected the below issues and we at bringthefood.co.uk are using clicksend services on a daily basis. I think it’s only fair the review is updated to reflect the current service. We look forward to incorporating clicksend a APi into our systems in the future too for a even better experience. Hard to work with.
As soon as your request gets slightly too difficult for the chat representative they will get back to you with an email. And account managers don't show up to their SCHEDULED conference calls.Very hard to get someone on the phone, even if you spend hundreds of dollars a month with these people.
