I've only used it for a few hours so far, but the documentation seems good, and the interface is friendly.

Being stuck behind a desk all day in front of my computer, I'm having to constantly communicate with staff and colleagues who are out and about. Phone calls are awkward and unsafe if others are driving and inconvenient if they are in a meeting.
