An excellent business tool
Using a text format is ideal for keeping customers informed as to the progress of any order. Also, it is perfect for asking the customer to pay balances or gentle reminders.

Very easy and cheap
Very easy to set up, has multiple functions. Unfortunately they don't have fixed numbers available for South Africa, but will definitely keep on using them due to their competitive prices.

My assessment with ClickSend platform was simply great. I really like the rich set of API that can be customized to meet today demands for the messaging platform. The support was fantastic.

ClickSend provides an excellent service with affordable prices so any organization, large or small, can implement SMS marketing. We have been using ClickSend for SMS alert notifications and there is so much potential to this system that we are eager to explore it further.
