Simple inexpensive service
Simple inexpensive service, but phone numbers they use have no ability to accept calls - they should allow call forwarding, for those, who want to call, instead of text back.

I like the interface but have not used the program to the first yet. Looks good so far.

Simple, easy to understand, transparent.
Was very straightforward to set up our somewhat complex Master account - sub-account structure. Billing, functionality and everything else was also quite straightforward and relatively hassle-free. Only issue was around which countries can have two-way SMS with, and it took some time to resolve with the team, however we reached a satisfactory result in the end.

Helpful for outgoing, tricky for incoming
The service has been very helpful for communicating with clients. My only complaint is that the texts don't easily thread per customer, so it can be difficult to keep track of replies.
