It's going well so far
It's going well so far. Only recently set up an account, but the documentation for the API has made integration easy, and the emails that I've received have been useful

This is a very urgent matter
This is a very urgent matter. We topped up with CLicksend because when I sent a test SMS it worked like a charm. Then I pay for a top up, and create a campaign, and I am unable to send without paying for a phone number. This is incredibly misleading. Is there any way you are able to get this expedited please? Additionally, waiting 1-3 days for verification is inconvenient. These things should be noted in plain sight on your website.

A mercedes when a nissan can do the job…
The certification of the 800 number seemed overkill. I went to a simpler developer API without all you (excellent) bells and whistles.

It would be even better if there were…
It would be even better if there were discounts on the prices in Germany and Sweden. The current prices are a bit too high and the costs are a bit high!
