Lentos en validar tu cuenta

Cuando te das de alta en el servicio, tienen que revisar manualmente la tarjeta de crédito introducida, hay que tenerlo en cuenta porque tu servicio se queda interrumpido hasta que esta gente tenga a bien validar tu tarjeta mediante una foto que les tienes que enviar por email.Poco sofisticado todo esto la verdad.Llevamos más de 3 horas con el servicio cortado :)

The program has great customer service but some small issues

The program is great and the customer service is always great. I do think some more explanation on how the billing works would be beneficial. Such as, how the dedicated numbers comes out of your balance instead of the credit card number so you have to top up more often would have been nice to know. I wouldn't have not used it because of knowing this so it would have been helpful to know at the beginning. I also think that the account holder's dashboard should be of all the subaccount user's ...

Easy Set Up

I needed a way of texting that was quicker than typing in to a phone (I can use a computer keyboard so much faster) as I have a number of texts to send weekly. It was very easy to get set up, the cost per text was competitive and I have already created a few templates. I have been able to send out my weekly texts in half the time it took me via the phone.
