Great for sending those long SMS messages rather than typing them into your phone. The ‘history’ holds SMS that have been sent. Good support.

ClickSend has saved us so much time by being able to send our customers information where in the past we were calling each person which was very time consuming.

The platform does a good job of…sending texts

The platform does a good job of texting. However there are limited and inefficient ways to monitor, capture and respond to texts and have real conversations. I was able to get around this by using the feature that sends every text responce to my email and from there I can respond and track the conversations.I was really looking for an interface that would handle all of the conversations and was surprised it did not have a really good one to do this.

I was looking for an easy to use system to send reminders to clients, I upload what I want and then use a preset template and it works every single time. Sign up was easy, adding credit was easy and the best part was no annoying sales calls trying to upsell me, just an email offering help if I need it. What more can you ask for!
