Postcard feature is a lifesaver!
I used the postcard functionality to send thank you notes to people overseas! It was much cheaper and faster than sending individual postcards from where I am. I sent one to myself as well and it looked beautiful. My family overseas said theirs arrived within a week and it was in good condition.

Very quick and easy.
Very quick and easy.Best part is the fact that I can send the text messages using my own e-mail. I found another company that provides the same service, but they would have required me to either integrate their system into a number of limited database systems, or use their platform.

Just want your money on their account and won't refund it
Started putting bar codes on their letters without warning. Fair enough if this is a requirement but they never told us. When the product no longer suited our requirements, they would not refund ANY of the credit we had on our account. Extremely poor customer service.
