Best business decision we've made in years!

We have integrated ClickSend with our ZOHO CRM and it's already paid dividends! Our leads have been hard to follow up on (and costly) via phone and email. Lots of phone and email tag. Just in the 2 days we've been using ClickSend our conversion rate of leads to closed sales has doubled. Most people these days don't check email often enough or not at all for the youngest of our prospects, and phone calls always come at a time when it's not convenient for them. It's a great service

It's a great service, but for my needs, I have to use it together with zapier. If zapier was "part" of click send, I would give it a 5.

What do you like best? I like the fact that you can have several different campaigns to text. You can send out a large amount of texts or send them out individually.
