We are small business and we love ClickSend!
We set up our account with ClickSend to advertise to our customer through text message. It was a very simple set up process and the platform itself is fantastic to use. We are only a small business based in a small town and this avenue of advertising was all new to us, but we were really pleased with how simple it was to use. Stay away! Wish I could give 0 stars!
I wish I could give less stars. We are a rock band with a large number of followers. They have opted in to receive text messages from a number of locations, our mailing list, making purchases on our website, from our tour trailer that we put a shortcode on where they opt-in via keyword, etc. We switched to ClickSend because they claim to offer cheaper and easier interfaces, which is true.However, I spent literally all weekend going back and forth with their support because there was a ...
