Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service, an error occurred and they immediately emailed an apology and fixed it, and I’ve never had a problem with the messages being sent.

Hit and Miss some days the text arrive…
Hit and Miss some days the text arrive fine other days they don'twe send out texts for events by text last weekend over 200 didn't arrive. you still get charged the support is worse than useless

Great integrations | Great pricing.
This tool integrates very well with my existing customer outreach strategies and presents a more unified marketing experience. I basically use it to notify all my new leads that we have captured their info and will reach out to them shortly. This helps me let my prospects know that they should expect a call/email soon.Ofcourse, the pricing is quite fair and I don't seem any disadvantages to this tool yet.

Some things could be designed to be easier
The idea is great and I like the Mobile on the side so that you can view the txt and schedule it in for another date & time. Loading the names and numbers has been a struggle and taken many trials to get it to finally work and create my contact groups. This would be nice if it was an easier copy & paste.
