I have found clicksend to be so useful…
I have found clicksend to be so useful and easy to use, I love the fact I can use my business name in the title so people know exactly who is txting them straight away. Very reasonable too! The only downside is the app isn’t quite as easy as the website so I generally send my txts from the website.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Sure price is nice, but when I asked a question on what is the difference between 'Send', 'Completed' & 'Received', I had Tyrell Williams reach out to me saying that I had to use a Shared Short-Code. So I switched, because obviously he knew what he was talking about. I later have a message from Douglas Linder telling me that the account was suspended. After trying to get a hold of them for a week. Because apparently every time you call your account manager, they are in a 'meeting'. The ...

Super easy way to stay in contact with your clients
Super easy system to use, and being able to do a block of messages at once just saves me heaps of time. Contact details are easy to import and everything is self explanatory to get started. Help is always available with your own sales manager looking after you. Highly recommend!
