We currently only utilize a small part…
We currently only utilize a small part of ClickSend services. One of the thing we miss is the two-way text messaging, which is not available in every country. Although ClickSend sends a lot of follow-up mails in the start, which look like personal mails, but when you answer the mails, there's no responce to your answers, the support is actually fine, when you go through the support system.

What do you like best? We love everything about our new ClickSend platform for messaging. It is easy to add and delete contact lists and ClickSend has absolutely everything covered in terms of easy software to connect.

Hopeful at first, outraged now
I really initially liked the user experience but found out this is a scam. Every time I was about to send a sms campaign, the system told me i did not have enough balance. I immediately topped up, twice (!!) and the system kept increase the price of the campaign every time I topped up. It went from less than 200 Euros to 448 to 477!! I thought i made a mistake when it increased from 200 to 448 but after the second time, i understood it was just baked in to make user add top up again and ...

Not bad at all.
Good choice for us - integration with zapier allows us to send alerts to staff when Freshdesk tickets with an urgent action status are created. Would be more useful with a lower cost option for two way SMS functionality.
