Good customer /technical support but needs improvement on technical side
The technical support and customer service are there, thank you, However, sending of sms from my mobile phone no via Zoho CRM is not feasibile at this stage. Technically, it is not called integration yet. Hope this can be fixed asap as ClickSend appears to be a good or maybe the best SMS provider.

Great service but credit expires
Great service but credit expires. Very useful website however, 6 month expiry on credit is annoying and seems arbitrary.

Very nice addition to outlook
Very nice addition to outlook. The MMS file size is a bit small for what we need but it is working!
