Easy to set-up, good value for money.

Good documentation and support so everything is easy and quick to set-up. Prices are very competitive.

Notification sender

Use it jused as a notification option with uptime kuma. Configured in 3 Minutes, works flawless ... after messing around for 20 minutes with twilio and not getting it to work a nice experience.

I’ve reached out a while ago and still no response, I don’t think I’ll be using ClickSend again once the credit is finished.

Testing Out

We are still working on testing, but ClickSend reaches out multiple times while we have been testing, which makes it nice.

I was really happy until the time changed...

I was really happy until the time changed recently. Suddenly my campaigns we arriving an hour late. I tried to reset my time zones and nothing fixed it. ClickSend support told me that the time offset used when the campaigns are created and the only way to change that offset is to delete and recreate my campaign... until the next time change. This SUCKS!!!

Everything is much easier than twilio

Everything is much easier than twilio or telnyx - setting up the account, funding the account, using the api. I was particularly impressed when I chatted to a real person in the online chat support - that doesn't happen with twilio or telnyx.

I mainly use it to send SMS messages, I integrate them with my Facebook ads and it's worked very well; the price is good for bulk messages. This is all I need.
