Just so easy to integrate. Reliable too!
I love this tool - it is super easy to fire off automated SMS from your Salesforce to clients, your internal alerting tools to the techs, powershell when that job is done, or just plug it straight into that webhook from Slack or Zapier or Zendesk. API is super simple to use - and for anyone else, there is still excellent Email to SMS or Fax or from memory at one place we even sent the occasional letter! Great features & great support for a reasonable price. WIN - WIN solution
After doing thorough research I decided to sign up with ClickSend because it had all the features I was looking for in the most affordable package.More so, after signing up for the trial I was pleasantly surprised by their level of support.it is excellent!Bottom line, great features & great support for a reasonable price. I started to use this service because I needed a SMS gateway service to implement an SMS alarm system on an application of a control system in a chemical process. Until now, it has a excellent performance. The support from ClickSend developers is amazing, always available to help
