Reliable SMS, great API and documentation.

Reliable SMS service, with great API support (good API, documentation, testing facilities). Although we're only sending out SMS to start with, we wanted to use a provider that allowed us to grow into more complicated SMS workflows (responses, etc) and build automated on-billing to our customers.

ClickSend with Home Assistant.

I use ClickSend with Home Assistant to report triggered alarms. It was very easy to get started thanks to the dokumentatation available on the website and it works perfectly even sending to multiple numbers. Very good that you can test for free before deciding.

It is a great way to text people without giving your own phone details. There are some glitches like the template doesn’t insert their name where it says it will, and it won’t select your specific phone number to send texts by default , and won’t let you choose a template when replying to messages in their messenger window... I don’t find notifications very obvious but that might be own settings, it would be nice to have a red dot on the app when a new message comes through. Overall good ...

I have been using ClickSend for a couple of weeks now and find it very reliable. It connects with integromat and lets me send automated sms for my business. Easy to use interface. Give it a go!

Good for somethings - needs reporting feature & less automation bugs

There's several features that are great, like being able to auto format the mobile number. Others that are buggy. The biggest issue that should be addressed and would like have gotten a 5 star rating is the ability to have reporting. Right now, all that's possible is to see a number of messages that hit my account. There's no ability to see a detailed breakdown of who was sent a message, the segment count, or even emails...nothing. Other competitors provide this, even the actual message. ...
