Customer service good, but very strict on regulations
They locked me out of my account as they stated I was sending unsolicited text messages due to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in the US, and they provided me a refund for my balance credits.

The opt out list does nothing
The opt out list does nothing. I got in so much trouble and abused. The customer agent said it would block. NOT TRAINED.I had to manually go through the list and delete and upload again. What a waste if time. Arrrrrhhhh

My choir was due to meet in one hour…
My choir was due to meet in one hour for practice when I received word that there was a power outage at our practice venue.I had only 20 minutes to alert 75 members before they left home to attend choir practice.I found ClickSend through Google. I didn't have time to compare their prices or services but within ten minutes I had imported my choir's details (names and mobile phone numbers) and had drafted a personalised message to each member.
