I signed up to test their sms services…
I signed up to test their sms services and I liked the other services they provide unfortunately my account was flag and blocked. I believe it’s due to wording I was using in my test sms message during my tests to myself. Then I tried to contact live support once they had my account was loaded by them they then blocked me on live chat I tried 3 times and same thing happen. Try to reach out on email too no luck. Unpleasant trial
Almost immediately blocked the account, customer service started asking for domain, asking how the testing contact phone numbers were acquired. Even after providing information they kept asking the same questions. As per the testing, could only try the text to speech. The call quality was very poor, a sentence would break during the call and the speech sounds very robotic. Don't recommend, bad customer service.

Gaslighting and keeps creating errors in their systems
I have had this service for 2 years now, it takes about 2 weeks for you to explain a provide enough evidence for them to fix a simple error in their system. Meanwhile they keep telling me my system is the problem. Suddently their service can’t receive from numbers starting with 25, or an sms is delayed for 20 minutes. Don't use them, all these other reviews are complete fake I think.

don't use this platform
#### platform - didn't even support auto unsubscribes so we were unintentionally spamming customers because of how badly this is setup. Trying to use email to sms.

Constant issues with sending
Constant issues with sending, messages not being received by contacts or being received by dedicated number. DO NOT USE.
