The only thing I would add...
The only thing I would add is a filter feature on the SMS history to search past conversations by key word, date, or person's name as well as by phone number.

I've had this service for 2 months and…
I've had this service for 2 months and I am very pleased with results. I am an accountant and have my own firms and the integration with Zoho CRM makes keep a record of my sms with my clients, just like email tracking.

Works great
I searched for a service to send letters (yes, the old style paper letters) and SMS. Both is working here very well. I hate to print out the letters. I just need it for an project and this will work great with ClickSend. Letters came from UK but in a very short time, so this is ok. SMS works easy and simple.I tested the voice message service and this worked, too. But I have no szenario to use it for me.
