Quick and easy to use
Quick and easy to use. Support when needed was very quick and efficient. Cost wise it was budget friendly. Highly recommended.

Great product, easy to setup and simply works!
Great product, easy to setup and simply works. My only nit is you need to create a master list of contacts. We use the same contacts in different lists so updating a contact's information requires updating it in each contact list.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. I wanted an sms option to use with SignNow digital signature platform and was able to achieve this using authenticated SMS method with very little set up, and easy to understand FAQ. I think ClickSend is reliable, easy to use and comprehensive. Brilliant !

Easy API integration
Easy API integration. Seriously, this was just what we needed to send customized calls via text -> speech. The API was straightforward to implement, and a minor issue I had was resolved quickly by support.

Service is not back but too many…
Service is not back but too many options and the UX needs to be simplified. Why have SMS and MMS as separate options when it's just texting to the business.
