Great Dashboard AI assistance
Great assist through the Dashboard and User Interface. Uploading data, use CSV and click to columns. SMS create is wonderful image of cell phone and helps compose message. Can create short URL to replace long Zoom URL, automatic for each SMS sent.Use to notify weekly sharing group. Will also bring my email notifications into ClickSend. This is as good as MailChimp or even better for all elements plus has SMS and MMS.

ClickSend down & low credit notifications
I wondered why I didn't get a text message - when I went to ClickSend it was downThe other thing is - I am unsure whether or not you will send me an alert if my credit falls low - or do I have to keep logging in and checking the dashboard to ensure there is sufficient credit ...?

Quick and easy to use

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. I wanted an sms option to use with SignNow digital signature platform and was able to achieve this using authenticated SMS method with very little set up, and easy to understand FAQ. I think ClickSend is reliable, easy to use and comprehensive. Brilliant !

Great product, easy to setup and simply works!
Great product, easy to setup and simply works. My only nit is you need to create a master list of contacts. We use the same contacts in different lists so updating a contact's information requires updating it in each contact list.

Easy API integration
Easy API integration. Seriously, this was just what we needed to send customized calls via text -> speech. The API was straightforward to implement, and a minor issue I had was resolved quickly by support.
