Just a bit annoyed that I was able to make a mistake by going over a couple of characters and there wasn't more of an visible warning before sending out double texts, being charged double. There should be a bigger warning, something in red to advise that you are over allotted characters and going into 2 messages. Other than that, with the help of your staff, it was easy to set up and send out.

The quality of the product is really good.

The quality of the product is really good and the online service matches that too. Unfortunately the delivery is not at all reliable, obviously this is due to the current Covad 19 problems, so it would be unfair to review the company on their delivery record at the moment. However, based on current service so far, I do expect the delivery situation will be up to scratch when we return to better times.

I TOPPED OFF MY ACCOUNT WITH $100.00, BUT WAS THEN TOLD I WOULD NEED AN UPGRADE THAT HAD A ONE TIME FEE OF NEARLY 900.00 WITH A MONTHLY CHARGE OF NEARLY $900.00 IN ORDER TO SEND MY 3RD CAMPAIGN. I WILL BE ASKING FOR a REFUND.
