Had to make payment
Had to make payment, then they put my account on hold because it wasn’t verified. I then passed on the information required and they kept asking for the same information over and over.

Amazing customer support
Amazing customer support! Over the last 24hrs I've tried to send over 200 letters via ClickSend, and whilst it should've been easy, we encountered an issue. Thankfully the live chat team worked hard on the issue and just now we managed to fix it! Still not 100% sure what caused the issue, but it could've been that we made the file on Figma, just in case you find the same issue... Thank you to Aditya, Cherry and Herwin for all your help with my many questions via the live chat service. ...

This guys just blocked me on live…
This guys just blocked me on live support. i cant log in to my account. i have tried contacting them on their support email and still no response. The best thing is that i had not upgraded my account, but was about to.
