The ClickSend add-in for Outlook install instructions are not up to date, and replies received from the text only show the contact number, not the name of the recipient

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication - Disappointing Experience

I recently used Click Send to dispatch two letters, including a sample testing letter, with the expectation of their promised delivery times of three to five business days. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Despite being charged £10 for their services, the status of my letter has remained "Sent for printing and delivery" for over sixteen days, with no update or progress. When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, I was informed that they lacked ...

Great service.

So far everything is functioning beyond our immediate expectations! We experienced one issue, and the support team immediately resolved our issue, and all is operating as designed.

ClickSend is easy to use

ClickSend is easy to use, and has cheap sms options. We used it on a small audience, and recieved many orders in return. It was very effective for our needs. Customer service is also amazing.

Cannot recommend Clicksend enough

Cannot recommend Clicksend enough! They're dashboard is easy to use, they're pricing is extremely competitive within the Australian market, and they're customer service is fast and available when you need it. They also integrate well with services such as Zapier and Integrately which has made my process and workflow so much better.
