Fairly easy to use interface despite my being in a panic
Fairly easy to use interface despite my being in a state of panic. Set up was within a few mins. Cost me £20 to send out 600 texts to some of our customers when our phone line went down, and another £10 (still had £5 credit left) to send another 600 the next day when it went back up.I had browsed the internet for free Android bulk SMS mailers from my mobile phone but none of them worked. And this company did not need me to supply KYC for India like another did.

This company is VERY unstable and unreliable.
This company is VERY unstable and still have lots to learn especially in terms of dealing with clients.The user interface is unclear and uses unnecessary extra paper: after two days of trying to sort it out - they admit there is still room for improvement and I must make proposals on how it should work.The final straw was when I wanted to change my credit card to my business credit card - they said I don't have access to that functionality which is 100% against the GDPR rules and then the ...

Great offering, even for the small fry!
I was looking for a simple to setup solution for primarily sms usage and found everything I needed and more in the ClickSend solution. I have been able to achieve all my requirements and the support along the way from the team has been amazing. Was also great that I could try the product for free before committing and that the ongoing cost is very affordableHighly recommended from me.
