Loving ClickSend!
We are using ClickSend in integration with Reamaze and its been great so far! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is due to the fact that in order to integrate with Shopify, Zapier has to be used. It would be much better if the integration wouldn't have to go through another third party application

Quick customer service, slight hiccups
Great overall experience. Some confusion that some people say they don’t receive the message and Messages have to be approved my clocks end.

Super easy to use and LOVE the API
Super easy to use and LOVE the API. I was able to easily integrate it into my platform (admin control panel) and flawlessly send off sms. In fact, I already recommend ClickSend to 2 other people.

Long Delivery Time
The letter I sent took about 3 weeks to be received which is an awfully long time for just a regular letter. Hence, I wrote a negative review entailing my experience. However, customer service got back to me quickly regarding a negative review and offered a refund. Overall, it was not a very enjoyable experience using ClickSend.
