We are still in the middle of testing…
We are still in the middle of testing at the moment however the support has been beyond expectation.The support we have received on working with other vendor software and apps that work with ClickSend, is better than the support offered by the actual product vendor. So far all SMS messages that we have sent via ClickSend have been received and vice versa, we are not missing any data.

Their service is excellent
Their service is excellent, any problem you might have they are there in a truly "live" chat, you wont chat with a bot, and will resolve any issue. Their api at first seems complicated but once you get to understand it its pretty easy to implement/use/configure but also has full documentation

ClickSend setup and customer service - just awesome!
I spoke with ClickSend re a volunteer management project to see if they could help us with the service. And it was so efficient! We're up and running in minutes, with consideration due to Covid-19, excellent work ClickSend, your response was just amazing an it will help us help persons in need :)
