The interface is easy to use
The interface is easy to use. It has many helpful features which have greatly cut down the amount of time I have to spend on this. The texts are reaching their destinations. The pricing is very realistic. The people on the online help were very responsive and helpful and easily sorted out the one minor issue I had.

Easy to use and they have an in-house dashboard that many competitors don't offer which is why we chose them. You can also demo and they give you a small credit to test if it meets your needs.

So far my experience has been great…
So far my experience has been great there is fast support when you need it, set up is easy and there are the extra columns I need for my contacts list.There has been a little more contact from clicksend checking I'm happy ect so I'm hoping they won't be contacting me to much as that can be annoying when you have little time in the working day.
