if you GROW your list, be prepared to not be able to use their service
This doesn't make any sense. I started using Clicksend and started to like their service - and then one day I started to realize that I haven't heard from a lot of my customers. come to find out, the number that I purchased from them "was having issues" so for one full month, 90% of all the automations I put in did not go out at all. no one emailed me, no notifications, nothing. I did get at $10 credit (after I asked). I think i would rather the service be working, or get a notification the ...

Really disappointed with your support…
Really disappointed with your support team. I have never seen a service which cannot be stopped or which has no backup plan to stop a service when the customer wants to stop it. I am advised that it is completely automated. How can a service be completely automated to send letters. There are several manual inputs required to deliver a letter. The service is fine except that the user does not have enough ability to manage their own messages. For security purposes, they could have allowed the user to delete threads or messages at will, but currently there is no option for that and it is kind of alarming to use this service for a secure communication.
