Simple, powerful and and easy to use
Easy to use, powerful but very simple to set up and establish our account and API keys. Efficient and low-cost service. Although we're initially just using one part of the service offerings we plan to leverage Clicksend for other automation functions in future

I really appreciate the integration features which have been done by click send with platforms like Zapier.Improvement Needed: 1) Please look into pricing per call; in India its coming out to be too expensive.2) Feature to add our own voice for selective voice broadcast

Overall good experienceFree trial credit. Easy to get started. Online interface a little clunky (but being revamped).
