"Useful but many bugs to work out"

What do you like best about SalesExec? I like that it’s easy to navigate. It doesn’t take a lot of training. The tabs are easy to understand and it links well with our phone system. What do you dislike about SalesExec? I don’t like how many errors and “bugs” there are. So many times I’ve tried to click on an inbound call and it won’t register the click. Hands down best CRM software and support in the industry. I have spent 20+ years evaluating and using CRM software and wish I had found Click Point Software 15 years ago. I have been them for 5 years and have never had an issue with the platform.
