What do you like best? Convenient signing in for presentations. What do you dislike? The interface can at times be difficult to use - for instance, assigning role changes from participant to presenter. No obvious notifications for chat messages. Good meeting software
What do you like best? The interface was nice. I liked being able to customize the meeting interface, and it was pleasantly easy to use. What do you dislike? Streaming capabilities were less than what we needed. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed to do a live training video.

What do you like best? I like how Click Meeting's interface is very simple and straightforward. What do you dislike? The sound quality can sometimes be a bit poor. Click Meeting
What do you like best? IT is a great product I like that it is easy to use and works well. What do you dislike? Some of my users complain that it is flash based. I think the cost is too high. Recommendations to others considering the product I think Zoom might be better now. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it to train people for education.

What do you like best? ease of uploading documents ease of creating meetings ease of sharing documents and videos in a meeting What do you dislike? can't restrict document access to 1 meeting hard to use video when you have more than a couple people What problems are you solving with the product?
