Wonderful webinar experience after weekly use for 2 years

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of use for our participants. Nothing to download to their machines. They simply click the link and they are in our room. I also like the flexibility of being able to require registration or not, and the home page that allows me to publish our events. Finally, the recording option couldn't be easier. What do you like best? Clickmeeting has a very user friendly user interface and makes setting up meetings a snap. What do you dislike? We've occasionally had issues with connectivity. What do you like best? Don't need to install local plugin to get connected to a conference What do you dislike? I think sound should have some control to gain volume from speaker, some time it is to low.
