PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Setup is easy. The software itself can be customized to your needs. I can precisely reflect the my own coporate identity through the use of webinars. I cancelled their subscription but if I wouldn't hesitate to use it all over again. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The mobile app that anyone can download wasn't as impressive. Easy to learn. You won't need a team of webinar platform pros to get this to work.

What do you like best? How quickly we were able to figure the platform out. How easy it was to upgrade when we thought we might have more attendees than expected. The fact that we can have multiple users who can create events without having to buy multiple administrator accounts and the separate logins. This solution was perfect for our small team and did not seem geared towards a company that keeps an entire team on staff just for wrestling with webinar software and technology. What do ...

Dissapointing & Shame, could easily become good.

The pricing isn't hugely transparent, its gets a lot more exspensive quick with extras.The software runs on flash, it's quite annoying when 50% fall out of your users because they couldn't run the software, browsers nowadays don't like flash. For the most part a video steam + a chat would more than suffice.The system is easy to use and does "work" so it would be unfair to give 1 star.I only needed a single webinar doing (for now) it's very frustrating that1) you loose your remaining paid ...
