Unfortunately, the best webinar tool I have tried
What do you like best? It supports most of the features I need. What do you dislike? Issues with multiple languages and series of webinars. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The usual for webinar tools.

Moved onto another product.
What do you like best? I liked the price - it was very competitive. What do you dislike? The main reason I use software like this is for screen recording. But the recorded file shows the whole software and not just the particular application I was using. I can't sell a recording that is a full view of the back end of a webinar platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure it has all of the functionality you're looking for. It might be a better option ...

Great solution to the webinar problem
What do you like best? I link the fact that my attendees don't need to download anything to participate. What do you dislike? The fact that your system is still dependent on the Flash plugin. That is creating issues for a lot of my users. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's an easy to use platform for hosting webinars. Inexpensive and reliable. ClickMeeting makes scheduling webinars quick and easy.
What do you like best? I like the ability to send out webinar invitations and login information instantly and on demand. Tech support is also quite customer-friendly and reliable (a very different experience from the service I previously used, who luckily shall go unnamed). What do you dislike? What do you like best? The user interface for the products they provide What do you dislike? the amount of little settings it takes to get everything set up properly. The email's templates that are sent to participants are too busy and hard for clients to obtain the relevant information What problems are you solving with the product?
