System jest w porządku, ale mam wrażenie, ze UX mógłby być bardziej intuicyjny. Przez kilka webinarów musiałam się uczyć, gdzie szukać różnych funkcji, do dzisiaj działam metodą prób i błędów.

Nie nadąża za obecnymi potrzebami

W obecnym czasie jest to tylko narzędzie webinarowe. Nie nadaje się na rozszerzenie do treningów on-line. Nadaje więc się tylko na zwykłe szkolenia. Nie nadaje się na treningi i warsztaty, gdzie ludzie mają ćwiczyć w podgrupach.Jest sztywne i małoelastyczne. Nie dojrzało do potrzeb, jakie się pojawiają na rynku od dłuższego czasu, a stały się koniecznością w obecnej sytuacji. Zostało bardzo w tyle za zoom.Nowoczesność i clickmeeting się rozmijają. Przykro mi z tego powodu.

Działa ale ... Wybrałem opcję testową czyli na 25 uczestników i tego dotyczy moja recenzja. Na moment pisania tej opinii zawiodła opcja rejestracji przez import uczestników z pliku CSV. Okazuje się, że w takim wypadku jedyną możliwością wysłania informacji do uczestników jest zaznaczenie opcji "wyślij email" przy imporcie. Problem w tym, że to TRZEBA zaznaczyć ale system nie wymusza. Po co zatem rejestracja skoro bez zaznaczenia wysyłki już nic nie można zrobić? Naciąłem się na to zbierając ...

Solid webinar software with good recording options

We've had a generally good experience with ClickMeeting. As webinar software, it's solid and dependable. UI is good and easy to navigate. We've had a few issues with delegates joining, but these are due to our choice of security. I feel that the customisation options on signup/confirmation emails could be better.Recordings, and options for replaying recorded webinars, were our reason for choosing ClickMeeting over other, more expensive competitors. We haven't had many issues to speak of, ...

I am very disappointed that you do not support Keynote, nor allow the use of videos.

The UI is quirky and requires a lot of duplicated effort (for example, the presenter info must be set in three separate places (registration page, agenda, and email template).The underlying tech is brittle, unstable, and old.
