What do you like best about ClickHelp? I have been using ClickHelp for 7 months and I'm happy with it. It’s easy to develop technical documentation with ClickHelp because they provide a lot of productivity features such as snippets, project templates, variables, filters, reports and so on. What do you like best about ClickHelp? easy to get started... a few clicks and a trial was initiated. I had done quite a bit of documentation and was looking to easily get started. "Great tool for publishing our new user guide."
What do you like best about ClickHelp? I like that this is a Cloud based product which gives me the freedom to work from home or the office. What do you dislike about ClickHelp? I think the UI is unclear and the custom toils are lacking. Recommendations to others considering ClickHelp: Adding more custom tools would improve the product tremendously. What problems is ClickHelp solving and how is that benefiting you? I used ClickHelp to create a new user guide for our ticketing system.

"Incredibly capable and flexible"
What do you like best about ClickHelp? The content editor is extremely easy to use while still being very feature rich. It's easy for a broad range of skill sets to use the system and then generating documentation in multiple formats is straight forward and extremely accurate. "ClickHelp was the perfect choice for our documentation portal"
What do you like best about ClickHelp? ClickHelp was very easy to use. We were able to import our Word-based documentation very easily and have our portal available quickly. ClickHelp Support is phenomenal, the best support I have ever received from a software company. What do you like best about ClickHelp? The cloud nature of this product allows working from literally anywhere. "Powerful tool, awesome customer support!"
What do you like best about ClickHelp? Both sales and customer support are friendly and responsive - I got all answers quickly, with a lot of details and additional information links.
