What do you like best about ClickHelp? Creating and organizing content has become simpler with ClickHelp. Easy navigation, useful features, and reliable content imports/exports/publications make this tool a good choice. Support is impressive and quick. What do you dislike about ClickHelp? "Intuitive editor, easy html view, and excellent support team"

What do you like best about ClickHelp? I was used to creating my (printed) manuals with a pure HTML editor, and a different person was in charge o designing the templates and the final output. So, from strictly creating content, I have moved to design and build my manuals and the company's documentation portal. Using ClickHelp is a learning curve. What do you like best about ClickHelp? Clickhelp has an easy to use interface. Therefore on-boarding a user to work on ClickHelp is not at all an issue. Also, their publishing feature is smooth as it points out all the errors. What do you dislike about ClickHelp? At times the portal is too slow and takes time to load the content to edit. What do you like best about ClickHelp? We recently moved our documentation to Click help. Having tried out several others, ClickHelp was the most intuitive and easy to use the tool. What do you like best about ClickHelp? Amount of functionality and customizability is fantastic. What do you dislike about ClickHelp? There's a bit of a learning curve if you don't intend on using a template. However, you can purchase ClickHelp design services.
