"Easy to use and great support"

What do you like best about ClickHelp? If you've used any help authoring tool in the past, ClickHelp is very easy to learn. And if you haven't used a HAT before, I think ClickHelp would be one of the easiest places to start. The interface is intuitive, they have a robust help system, and their support is outstanding. "Flexible Tool for Different Projects"

What do you like best about ClickHelp? I like that all our documentation is in a single portal right now. And I can customize our portal according to company’s brand. It is convenient to update and publish separate topics one by one and not the whole project. The access can be personalized – I can give access to a specific project and assign particular topics to this person. What do you like best about ClickHelp? When we were thinking about migration from our previous tool, we were a little bit afraid. Imagine, you need to transfer all your content to another tool. With ClickHelp, it was not a problem. We just export our documentation and import it to ClickHelp. Our content was transferred very close to the original. We just fixed some styling and that’s all. What do you like best about ClickHelp? I like that our workflow became more structured and understandable. When you’ve finished with your writing part, you can give a reviewer access to a project and assign particular topics to this person. The reviewer can leave comments inside topics, and you’ll easily see them thanks to visual highlighting and easy navigation. What do you dislike about ClickHelp?
