Lee’s Lesson Sessions #1
Lee was excellent at providing all of us with the information we needed and ensuring everyone got their questions answered. He was polite and courteous for those of us who like direct communication. I like direct communication. No waffling, straight forward, very helpful information

June 28 Implementation Coaching Call with Lee.
Lee was terrific. Great overview first & then went through all our questions. Asked me to come on the call to clarify my question to make sure he fully understood it before answering. Expanded my initial thinking beyond the original limited scope of my question. Often experts will assume they know what question you should ask. Appreciated that Lee took a different & better approach.

Asked for a refund after forgetting to cancel my subscription before my trial was over
I contacted the support immediately after seeing that 300 $ was drawn from my bank. I told them that I forgot about the trial. She asked some short questions about my account and credentials information. After answering them, I had received an email with all the information about the refund. The chat took 6 minutes, and I received exactly the service I was looking for. Outstanding performance!

The consultants' LIVE sessions are game changers...
