Great features that are not user friendly
What do you like best? The marketing automation features, D&B 360 plugins and ability to monitor individual event KPI. What do you dislike? Too much broken link between the CRM and CD which makes it not user friendly and the features can't be fully utilized. What do you like best? The support and webinar training are great. What do you dislike? It's not as user friendly as I had hoped. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Getting information to our customers and prospects and being able to track the success of the program. Nice interface with MS CM.

Simple tool that keeps growing
What do you like best? I like the two different ways of creating email templates. I am able to use free style editor when I want to do something special or use the drag and drop editor when I want to do something really quickly without thinking too much. What do you dislike? I don't like how the email test is not so accurate sometimes. What do you like best? I like using this products in order to see how the analytics are gathered on my company's websites. I can see from each individual page how long a user visits and remains and if they click on particular links. What do you dislike?
