What do you like best? The Smart Campaigns feature is awesome. With that feature, you can just set up push campaigns once and forget about sending push messages to new users, the platform will do it for you. You can set triggers, so once a user does something specific, he will receive an automated message. What do you dislike? What do you like best? CleverTap's support makes me love this tool because every question I have, I can reach out to them and their responsiveness if perfect: fast and very explanatory and educative. What do you dislike? Sometimes using the tool itself could be a little challenging since I don't have any technical background. What problems are you solving with the product? Very intuitive
What do you like best? I was amazed with how simple and fluidic the user experience is. The UI just talks to you, and you need not be a data scientist or a marketing pro to understand the whats and the hows. What do you dislike? Nothing, being extremely honest.
