Unauthorized renewal of Parallels

Unauthorized renewal of Parallels, after a year. When attempting to contact someone, we were sent in circles. Emails are from "no-reply" and are returned. Its predatory practice, renewing a one year subscription without warning. I have no idea how they can be supported with a merchant system!

monies taken out of my account without my consent

Like many others I found myself paying for an annually renewable subscription with monies taken out of my account without my consent and without the means to cancel the annual subscription. I sent emails to them asking for a full refund without success and it was becoming clear that I was unlikely to get a refund. Spoke with my bank - Santander, and they agreed to block any future annual payments to them and managed to get me a refund. Well done to them and excellent service.

Frauds, cheaters and scammers!

Frauds, cheaters and scammers! Stay far, far away from this company! I had to close out my old debit card and get a new one (I was being hacked), and it's a good thing, because Cleverbridge keeps attempting to bill me (on the closed debit card) for a service that I've never used and never will use. I got an email from them telling me that my payment didn't go through and to update my payment method. I have ironclad protection through GoDaddy and don't need Cleverbridge. This is a company ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Before I worked with other platforms like it. The biggest difference is their support. They were amazing from the get go. There was never an inquiry or request that they couldn't answer and find a suitable solution for. What aspects are problematic or could work better? They sneakily charged for auto renewal…

They sneakily charged for auto renewal 3 times more than the original purchase price of software. I was not aware to have activated auto renewal. Customer support does not respond to email. No phone option. I gave up trying to get my money back because it’s too difficult. They are basically criminals stealing your cash.

I recommend Cleverbridge to everyone, it is really great tool

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the ability to customize the cart into Cleverbridge’s platform, I can create it the way I want or I can take their layout recommendation according to my idea. Every 3months I get Quarterly Review with the account manager and we are able to get some fresh ideas from it. Does not honor their money back guarantee.I purchased the data recovery software, and the software didn't work after letting it run for 9 hours. All of the files were recovered as corrupted. So I asked for a return. They then connected their "customer service" people and said they were trying to help by troubleshooting the recovery. They wouldn't accept no for an easy return.
