Request refund for software not…
Request refund for software not launching after installed. Tried running software as administrator and it worked. Request to cancel refund.

We noticed we were on an auto-renewal…
We noticed we were on an auto-renewal but had reached out to ask for a refund and they replied back the same day to accommodate. We used Parallels previously but were not being utilized so thankfully they understood our situation. We understand its value in virtualizing Windows to support PC apps so will be back when the need arises again.

First class customer service :-)
First class customer service :-) I lost the installer file for my copy of Creator NXT 9 Pro after a catastrophic hard drive crash a few months ago - even though the original link had expired, Sergio S. of cleverbridge Customer Support very kindly generated a new link and I was able to download the installer and reinstall the software within a few hours - impressive service IMHO and I look forward to buying NXT 10 Pro in a few months' time

Great Customer Service
Needed to download PSP 2019 to a new computer but my original download rights had expired long ago. Contacted Cleverbridge Customer Support by email and Todd responded immediately and reinstated my download rights. Great customer service. Thanks Todd.

Good software and GREAT customer service
I had to reformat my hard drive and by so doing had to remove Ashampoo Uninstaller ll and and Ashampoo Sharpen 3, both programs that I had recently purchased from the Cleverbridge website and were very happy with. I emailed Cleverbridge and explained the issue. They replied that my issues would be addressed by email within 24 hours.
