Incredible after sale support

I am a bit of a “newbie” to computers. I bought WinDVD 12 thinking it was DVD burning software. I realized my error in just a few minutes and contacted support to see what my options were. The support page was informative and easy to understand. I submitted a request for a refund. Was contacted quickly with an easy procedure to obtain the refund. Very efficient and fast service! I was very impressed...

I needed assistance because my download link was not working (I bought a program years back but have purchased a new computer so needed to download it again) and went through the process to ask for assistance via email. The response was there the next morning, the download had been reactivated and from there it all went smoothly. Very efficient and fast service. I was very impressed. Thankyou Cleverbridge :)

Cleverbridge never disappoints

Cleverbridge never disappoints. I use CorelDRAW daily and anytime I have an issue or need anything the response I get is almost immediate and addresses my issues.

Great customer service.

I submitted a refund request as I was auto billed on July 1st. Times are tough for millions of Americans right now, and they accepted my request. I will be refunded the auto bill amount. For this, I will undoubtedly be a customer in the future when the time permits.

Cleverbridge customer service has been prompt and responsive every time!

Cleverbridge customer service has been exemplary ever since I purchase my Coreldraw product back in 2017. I often migrate to new computers and require migrating my CD software as well. They respond promptly via email EVERY time to update my software download link. I deal with soooooo much crappy customer service, big companies too, bad ones (like Ebay, AT&T and Comcast) but excellent ones too, like Amazon and Cleverbridge. Yes, you rate up there with Amazon.
