Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. My computer crashed so couldnt access info for the new one. I approached Cleverbridge for help and was provided very quickly and professionally in a detailed and easy to follow process. Great work guys! Wish other software providers took a leaf out of your book, thanks again.

Wrong version but no worries!

I bought and downloaded the wrong version of software, and realizing my error contacted the company to ask for help. They promptly issued a refund and requested destruction/deletion of the software and of course, I complied. I appreciated their help and cooperation!

Yesterday I received an email from Cleverbridge indicating my subscription for uTorrent Pro would expire in two weeks and I would automatically be billed for a renewal. It had been almost a year since I had subscribed to the software. I had forgotten entirely that the software was on a subscription basis. Requested links to replace on new computer

My old computer crashed with PowerDVD 22 Ultra on it and I had no backup...I purchased a new laptop and needed the files replaces...However, my old links to download the files had time-...expired...I then contacted Cleverbridge to restore links within hours they responded in a polite and professional manner with a new link...Not often does one get such great service....The Best!!!!
