Your company is very professional

Hi I used your services for probably about three or four years and was very satisfied. I started with the free service and went on to the professional service. Honestly, the store I use for computer maintenance yearly is the one that installs my security and virus management, and they decided that we weren't using your services any more. Superb service received after I was…

Superb service received after I was charged after I couldn't find a way of cancelling the subscription. Within 2 hours of me emailing the customer services I was emailed with a confirmation that my refund had been processed. Many thanks

My very positive experience with Cleverbridge!

Customer Serv ice at Cleverbridge went way over the top to help me out. My hard drive on my laptop AND my back-up and mirror drive failed. I lost all of my programs. I was using mostly Corel software that I purchased through Cleverbridge. Software for graphics, video editing and ZIP file management that I used on a regular basis. I contacted Cleverbridge with the license information and within 24 hours I had almost all of the invoice reference numbers, download links and license ...

Excellent customer service experience

I noticed from a statement that a subscription had been taken from my account twice. Within four hours of me discovering this and contacting Cleverbridge customer services department, a refund was back in my account. Can’t get a better service than that!

The tool is great and legit

The tool is great and legit. At first, I was worried that maybe it is a scam, but they are not. It is easy and flexible to set up questionnaires, user friendly for the respondents. And the support team responds to inquiries really fast. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to collect data online.
