I bought a Winzip program but could not…
I bought a Winzip program but could not get it to work on my PC. I contacted the support at Winzip-Cleverbridge, and very quickly got good suggestions from Mr. Puneeth. Unfortunately, it was not possible to get the program to work. Maybe due to an error in my hardware configuration? I contacted Mr. Nick at Cleverbridge to cancel my order and I asked for a refound. Unauthorized subscription cancelled and refunded immediately
Shamella H. at cleverbridge Customer Support responded to my exasperation immediately, completely, and cordially, resolving my 'problem' within, I believe, 30 min (!) of me submitting an email via EndNote's website. I had not intended to extend my trial subscription of this product, but Shamella H. cancelled the purchase right away and reimbursed me in full for the amount that had been charged to my credit card. For all of this, I was very grateful.

I inadvertently allowed my subscription…
I inadvertently allowed my subscription to auto-renew even though I no longer use the service. I contact Cleverbridge two days later and asked them for a refund and they graciously gave it to me. One email. Results! Thank you for Cleverbridge.
